Refund for a car I purchased and had only a week
II purchased a vehicle from Driven Automotive on Oct I paid a deposit but the initial payment wwas with intent to pay the following two payments the prior two next checksDriven Automotive also agreed to pay first months insurance and I would pay after the balance of deposit was paidHowever on October Driven Automotive called and said the loan was denied the loan and said to bring the vehicle back backinturned brought the vehicle back.I asked about my refund they said the finance part was closed and tthey would refund on the next day which was Saturday I called Saturday and said I would come pick a check up they said they it was already done to my debit cardThen they tried to say they would also take insurance money however I should not pay insurance for a car I dont haveBut on Oct the insurance people called and said they never got a paymentSo that too was a lie.Then Tuesday comes and I call about the money t

I have not received my full refund amount from this companyAfter trying to receive the monies through communication this company has not complied
I bought a car ( Nissan Maxima, ) from this dealership ( Todd, the owner was the one doing my paperwork ) in the amount of ( I paid in cash and using my debit card )on Feb2017, and in a matter of days had to return the car due to not being able to produce a paycheck stubThat was an easy returnI returned the car but they have only returned my and THAT was in a check, when I paid cash for the carI ended up loosing $because I had to end up cashing my check at a check cashing place since Driven has a bank account that has been opened for less than a year and my bank would not accept that check
So, not only am I now out of a car, I am out of my full refund amount and fifty dollars less that has been LOST foreverI have tried to call Driven many of times to obtain my back to my ac

On 04/04/my mother and sister visted Driven automotive group on *** in *** The salesman(salesman #1) that initially assisted them showed them a Lexus RXSUV with approximatly 83,miles on it My Mother and sister were allowed to test drive the vehicle and decided they were interested in purchasing it They were quoted a price of 5,for the vehicle
They then contacted me(son)with the particulars and asked if I would travel to location to check out vehicle and over see the sale When I arrived I was told by my mother that salesman#had left for the day and had turned the sale over to a second person(salesman#2) who was working on getting a interest rate better than the 5% rate that had been secured from the *** prior to arriving at Driven Automotive Group By now my mother and sister had spent over two hours waiting on promise of better interest rate and I myself had by now been waiting approximatly an hou

I purchased my car from driven earlier this yearThe salesperson, *** was amazingShe knew exactly what I needed and made sure I got itThanks xxxxx........However, when I purchased my car it was agreed that the missing seat belt covers would be replacedIn fact ***, the manager, told me that they were already ordered and he was waiting for them to come in and when they did he would give me a callWell it's been about months and still no coversI have repeated called and left messages for *** to call me back over this timeNo responseI am actually on hold with them as I write this review and it's been almost minsI would never buy another car from them and I will not be recommending my friends, family or even strangers to purchase any either *** is great but the company as a whole is unethical and unprofessional
