Driven Fabrication

I purchased a exhaust system on nov. 25th, 2019. I was told it was going to go out that week for shipment. since then I have sent multiple emails put in multiple calls and have only received minor communication via email, now communications has completly dropped off. no response to emails. last conversation was verbal over the phone on 1/5/2020, where Ryan the owner of the company told me exhaust would be going out that weekend at the latest. now here we are again 2 weeks later and still nothing, won't respond to any emails or answer calls again.

I paid 300 plus dollars for intercooler piping for my car on October 19 2019 and still to date have not received anything. I have e-mailed numerous times being over 6-7 times trying to reach out and get at least an answer. No word back. Went On *** and messaged through there and nothing still. I would just like my money back.

On Dec 11, 2019, 1:18 PM I ordered the following from Driven Fabrication Evo X Flex Fuel Kit. I paid a deposit of $440.15 USD by debit card. The reference number for my order was ORDER #***. I was expecting delivery of the item on Dec. 24th (as per Freddy), but at present I have still not received shipping confirmation or a tracking number. 43 days has elapsed since date of purchase. The only means of contact is thru email and/or social media (***). The businesses new address is 4767 Interstate Dr, West Chester Township, OH 45246 and the phone number associated with this business does not work or they are not picking up their phone calls.
