I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I had my car in on August 10th and the repairs were completed on August 12th I was not charged for the repair, and I was fully reimbursed for the rental carI will consider this complaint resolved after the repairs hold up for longer than days, with no further issues related to the Air Conditioning [redacted] was very polite and apologetic for all that had transpired He also stated that if I should have any other issues with the repair, I am free to contact him directly Regards, [redacted] ***

Customer is going to schedule to have car into my Chandler Center this week. We will be replacing the evaporator core at no charge, plus rental car reimbursement for the day.Will update after repair is completed.[redacted]

I have a Dodge pickup that the transmission went out . I called [redacted]o they came and got it from GilaBend AZ and towed it to Gilbert AZ the manager told me they were the closest to me. Not true. They gave me an estimate of 3200.00 I said OK then the manager told me if I paid 1700.00 the remaining balance of 1500.00 I could pay in payments I said I could pay all of it he said why it's interest free. I agreed so I went to the shop and signed the paperwork. I received no paperwork at this time he told me when it was done.while they were fixing the transmission this manager got fired for lieing to customers. It was finished I got the truck made the payments to [redacted]. In February I called [redacted] to get my balance they told me that because I didn't pay in total before January 1 I now had to pay an additional 1396.55 that's 103.45 less then I borrowed just for interest. First of all I was never told about the interest second the only papers I ever received was for the repair. Third why would [redacted]o use a company that would rip people off like that. And fourth how can a company like [redacted] be legal charging almost 100% interest.

This repair facility will try to persuade the customer into having unnecessary and costly repairs. I brought in 2008 Chevy Uplander that was blowing hot air and was told that the whole ac system had to be replaced.The whole cost $1800 plus labor. The management. We took our car in for transmission repair to this shop because of the national reputation of AAMCO. They looked it over and we were told it would be $1500 or $950 to put it back together. We asked if financing were available (as per their website)and were told yes. By the time we got there to sign the finance papers, the price had gone up to $2500 and the finance charge for the work was 185% ! We were promised the car in three days. Almost three WEEKS later, we got a call saying they didn't know what was wrong which made us wonder how they came up with the repair cost? They replaced the transmission and it works. On the bill we were charged twice for the same part and they even lost one of our hubcaps in the process.(they did get us a new set) It was a stressful experience. We really don't feel like they know what they are doing.

At my direction, the trans was reassembled and released to customer before the complaint was submitted, so I don't see an issue here.
