Review: I got insurance policy with Driven Insurance who is also allied with Kemper Specialty, the insurance policy started on 3/07/2015 and was cancelled on 3/19/2015 which is 12 days. I paid $130.37 within that 12 day period, I cancelled it on 3/19/2015 and was expecting a some refund of that $130.37 which the insurance broker told me I would get a few days after 3/19/2015 and a week goes by and I got no email or phone calls about my refund of the insurance policy, I called them back after a week, and [redacted] told me that I will not receive any refund because the cancellation fee was $25, and I asked that if my insurance policy is $68 a month and the cancellation fee was $25, what happened to the rest and why did I not receive a refund if I only had the policy for 12 days? I paid the full $130.37 and got no refund. and now they sent me a bill for $46.27 and they want me to pay that $46.27 instead of getting my refund. They were not clear about what happened to the refund or the rest of the $130.37 they kept telling me that the money was going some where and they did not provide any evidence of the money being or paid.Desired Settlement: I want them to pay the cancellation fee and give me my refund that I was promised.
