This is a total sham! They took my money and then cancelled my appointment! They won't refund my money either! DO NOT GET SUCKED INTO THIS! There are so many better driving schools in Montgomery County, PA...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I also filed a complaint with the BBB against them! I also filed a chargeback with my credit card!

They took my money and never provided the service, I paid for a driver's license test and a lesson, the total was $185. They send me an email on the date of the lesson/test and inform me that they cancelled our appointment and aren't going to refund my money! This is a SCAM! Please don't use this company! I'm a single mom of 3, I work 3 jobs to provide for my kids, stealing $185 from me is like taking food out of my kids mouths for a week! Don't get scammed by this company!

We feel we were taken for a drive! 5/30/2018 contacted Driven2Drive to obtain driving lessons for my son via manual stick. We were not pleased with the entire service and requested a % discount for the lack of service not given. The matter was being discussed further from 6/4/2019 and a % discounted, but it was not satisfactory, so we agreed to put things on hold and revisit once my son was back home from college. on 1/7/2020 I contacted the manager I originally spoke with via text messaging, since I have not received a message to date, as well as left a voice message to contact me and that my son is not interested in further lessons. There were many concerns and I addressed each one with the management. I paid little over $600 for the lessons, they were not sufficient for learning a manual, but this was never conveyed at the beginning. 1) he did not get adequate lessons on parking 2) no lessons on controlling the manual on a hill 3) the initial instructor was not instructing as expected which I expressed my expectations when we met, he said he ran out of time 4) later told that he would need to come back for additional lessons and pay more money. We don't feel that this was good driving lessons especially when he didn't get to learn how to park. How he got his licenses we are still questioning. Overall, we have never been so uncomfortable for my child to drive on the road with my manual stick as he is too. As such I am expecting for this manager to keep their word and refund me a percentage for the unsatisfactory driving lessons/services.
