Driver Education Station

Review: I am disputing a charge placed on my card by Driver Education Station. On August 20, 2014, I signed up for a defensive driving course online and used my [redacted] card to hold my place in class (please find attached the confirmation from the school). The class was to be held on Saturday 8/30/2014. I received a call from the school the evening before the class was to be held (8/29/14) canceling the class due to instructor shortage. I have the saved voice mail. The next class being offered on a Saturday was 9/13/14. I called the school back and accepted that class. I then received a voicemail the evening of 9/12/14 canceling the 9/13/14 class again due to instructor shortage. I also have that voice mail saved on my phone. I returned their call and requested they remove the charge from my credit card for the class as they inconvenienced me twice with less than 24 hours notice and I was taking my business elsewhere. The woman on the phone could not tell me at that time whether or not they would remove the charge. She stated they would call me back and never did. The woman on the phone would not give me her name or the name of her manager upon request for follow up purposes.Desired Settlement: Refund
