My daughter and I were calling around to find limo services for my grandson and his date for prom It was pretty last-minute I wrote an email to ***, which was answered within minutes This, in and of itself, startled me! I was immediately impressed with the timely response...and the actual ANSWERS to my questions! He managed to find a towncar that was available for the upcoming Saturday night prom (a mere few days away) The driver was at my grandson's date's house minutes prior to the pick up time He looked very professional; smartly attired; and big smile...when we drove up He even straightened up his posture more, when we pulled up He was patient through the typical "picture-taking" ritual that takes place by both sets of parents We knew our children were in good hands with this gentlemanThe car was beautiful and clean I am rarely this impressed with a businessMy year old grandson, who typically has little to say about "anything"....actually told us that he thought their driver, [redacted] was "AWESOME" and that they were both impressed with everything The courtesy, professionalism, care and precision of Driver Elite Transportation, LLCwas SUPERB We all recommend them highly and without reservation!
