Review: Customer Service refused to provide assistance, support, resolution, and they acted inappropriately.

I had to call several times because the agents I spoke with, [redacted] and [redacted], hung up on me. They also refused to answer my questions, even after repeated requests.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome has several parts:

1) A phone call from the Owner/CEO/Highest ranking officer of the company to discuss this issue.

2) For my ID verification information to be processed correctly, or a reasonable explanation of why it cannot be processed, and what needs to be done to correct the errors.

3) A written apology from [redacted] and [redacted] for their excessively rude and belligerent behavior.
