Thank you for the opportunity to address this matterThe client originally wanted a hotel and parking package reservation for one night, but she made the reservation in error for two nights (and 417) and cancelled in the amount of the additional night (half of $= $refunded on 317)On 317, the client requested cancellation of the one remaining night as well, so we cancelled that remaining night, and refunded her $ She has only been charged $for cancellation of one night(see published cancellation policy on our site stay123.com faq and also indicated on the written confirmation.) There is no advertisingWe are an authorize by our partner hotel to advertise our hotel and parking package which includes a hotel night, free shuttle and free long term parkingThis is what was advertised at a specified price which would have been honored, had the client kept her confirmed reservationThe client booked this package for nights, although inadvertently, as she only needed one nightThis resulted in pricing figures that were higher than her expectationThis matter was corrected for her, without charge, and confirmed to her in writingSubsequently, she chose to cancel her one remaining night, and she was then subject to our cancellation policy which results in a $feeThe remainder of her original payment of $less $for cancellation ($45.60) has already been refunded.If any additional information is needed please let me know.All the bestJodiStay123.com

Our client cancelled her reservation with us, and was due a refund of her advance depositShe subsequently disputed the charge with her issuing bank, and we did not contest the reversal, because the client was truly due the refund The issuing bank has already issued a full credit for the chargeWe no longer have access to the funds to reverse, because it has already been done by her credit card issuing bank

number of parking days included and shuttle hours) and they are published as such. Had the hotel not fulfilled its obligation for our client, although there is no monetary value placed on courtesy shuttle services, our management and the hotel's management still would have certainly ensured that the hotel cover the cost of a private taxi just for you, both ways if necessary, to ensure that the expected level of service was provided as needed.You decided to sleep at the hotel, and did not take advantage of the available free parking inclusion, and parked elsewhereOur company is unable to cover the cost of the additional parking. Good morning,Copied from the original issue: Customer’s Statement of the Problem:The vendor appears to be charging for his service for obtaining room reservations without disclosing that a fee is being added to the cost of the room actually charged by the hotel itself.is an invalid and baseless statement of what the vendor "appears to be" doing. The vendor is clear, there are no fees being added. There is an advance deposit pre-payment which is fully credited to the cost of the hotel stay. In the original response, the process is fully explained, in addition, the terms and procedures are clearly outlined and stated on the website in the "Terms", and reiterated in the "FAQ" on the site prior to booking and prior to client login, with no commitment required. Once confirmed, the terms are again specified on the receipt and confirmation emails sent to the client, and at that point there is an option to cancel if any client is unsatisfied with any terms.I am unable to any offer further resolution other than a clear explanation to accompany our outlined policies and procedures with regard to this issue.  If the client had stated his objection to payment for the hotel room, he may have considered choosing to cancel this service prior to consuming, rather than raising an issue after having taken advantage of the services provided bv the hotel.

Our partner hotels give us a set allotment of rooms to be sold only to our clients, and although they may be fully booked, our rooms are still guaranteed.However, since our client has insisted on cancellation, her deposit has been refunded 6/*/16 and the room will not be reserved as per her request.

I'm sorry, but I can't accept their response.  They say the hotel confirmed the reservation on 1/**/16, which just happens to be the first date I asked for cancellation.  They failed to send us a detailed confirmation of the reservation like their initial reservation email said they would.  I continued to send four additional requests to them during the following week, to which the did not reply.  The ONLY reason we had to cancel the reservation was due to their failure to update us on our reservation, given that it was so close to the trip date.  We did not change our plans because we wanted to, and therefore should not be held to the $10.00 cancellation fee.  Additonally, if stating the reservation was cancelled when we requested it (rather than when the Revdex.com contacted them), then the refund would already have shown up in the bank.  And the reservation is STILL not showing as cancelled on the webiste, nor have I received the cancellation confirmation email.  Ultimately, I'll eat the $10.00 fee if that's what it takes, but I need to see that the reservation is indeed canceled online and that I won't be charged anything by the hotel for a no-show before I can accept this resolution.

I emailed the receipt as requested by the business on the day it was requested. They responded back with an additional question 6 days after the receipt was emailed to them. I answered their question promptly; however I have not heard back from them again. Complaint ID#[redacted] was closed out because Revdex.com had not received a response back from me.
