Drivers License Services and Resources Reviews (15)

Their website is set up to look like the Indiana BMV siteWhen I clicked on renew driver's license, it asked typical questions that make you assume that you are renewing your license

This is a sham of a websiteThey are formatted to make one think they are renewing / updating their drivers license, but in fact are charging the person for information which is totally free of chargeThey ought to be ashamed of themselves

Like others who have filed complaints, I found this website while checking online renewal for my driver's license and was completely taken in by the logo, layout, and text that a brief glance suggested was a completely official state organizationAfter getting over the shock of discovering I paid $for a 2-page large type PDF with a link to the real Texas DMV site, I immediately contacted my credit care company to cancel my card and dispute the charge When I called the phone number on the texasdriversresources.org site, I got a recording that immediately went into a spiel on how to obtain a refund, and claiming they would contact me within hoursI seriously doubt that will happen, based on non-response to the two Revdex.com claims I see have already been filedI hope something more can be done to shut this scam website down and prevent others from making the same mistake I made

I had the EXACT same experience, but I didn't even get the pdf download There was some sort of system error I have requested a refund via email and voice mailCalls go straight to a voice mail that immediately assures you they will issue a refund to anyone not % satisfied I have not been able to speak with a representative at this point

Totally deceptive Site looks like you are on the DMV site even though they do have small print saying it's not Charge $and you think you are renewing your license only to find out you get a NOTHING one page doc telling you how to go to DMV and do it We called our credit card to cancel immediately and pray they don't use the card or husbands birthdate DO NOT got to this site

Thought I was renewing a drivers license but got charged an extra dollars for thisVery deceptiveBe sure and read what you are doing before you do itI thought I was reading it correctly but was I wrongSo instead I payed over dollars to renew a licenseThis is partly my fault for being stupidDont let it happen to you!!

This is an extremely deceptive website They clearly represent themselves as part of the Dept of Motor Vehicles, but only sell you a "packet" of information that includes direction to the actual DMV Total ripoff of $

I ended up on this site after typing in the website from the NC drivers license renewal cardWhile trying to help my father renew his license, I paid for a service that was never needed and I did not receive any of the information the site claimed to send meThis was a waste of money and I am very concerned that they now have my father's credit informationI sent a refund request as they boast a 100% money back guaranteeI'll see what happens

Like others who have filed complaints, I found this website while checking online renewal for my driver's license and was completely taken in by the logo, layout, and text that a brief glance suggested was a completely official state organization. After getting over the shock of discovering I paid $22.95 for a 2-page large type PDF with a link to the real Texas DMV site, I immediately contacted my credit care company to cancel my card and dispute the charge.
When I called the phone number on the texasdriversresources.org site, I got a recording that immediately went into a spiel on how to obtain a refund, and claiming they would contact me within 24 hours. I seriously doubt that will happen, based on non-response to the two Revdex.com claims I see have already been filed. I hope something more can be done to shut this scam website down and prevent others from making the same mistake I made.

Their website is set up to look like the Indiana BMV site. When I clicked on renew driver's license, it asked typical questions that make you assume that you are renewing your license.

Hello, As clearly stated on our main page and throughout our...

website, The purchase you made on our site would have been for a downloadable instructional packet with step-by-step instructions for how to renew your license. If you wanted to renew your license without our help, you would have needed to go directly through the official Texas DMV. Since you clearly did not bother to read our website before submitting your transaction, we do have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and went ahead and refunded the $24.95 charge to your card. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect to your account. We have no voicemails or emails from you (which is clearly stated in our voicemail, to email us directly for faster service) from you, so we are unable to contact you if we don't know that you called. We are a privately owned site, not affiliated with the Texas DMV or any other government agency, also stated multiple times throughout our website as well as in our terms of agreement, which must be accepted before a transaction is submitted. You may contact the Texas DMV by going to their official website at the address below:Sincerely, Customer Support

I had the EXACT same experience, but I didn't even get the pdf download. There was some sort of system error. I have requested a refund via email and voice mail. Calls go straight to a voice mail that immediately assures you they will issue a refund to anyone not 100 % satisfied. I have not been able to speak with a representative at this point.

This is a sham of a website. They are formatted to make one think they are renewing / updating their drivers license, but in fact are charging the person for information which is totally free of charge. They ought to be ashamed of themselves.

this "provider" has evidently co-opted actual state DMV online addresses. I used the .gov email address from my driver license renewal notice which encouraged online renewal {as does the local DMV office). Charged CC $24.95 to tell me that I would be required to renew in person. Complete opportunistic S*C*A*M. I sincerely hope that Cyber Crimes or Interstate Commerce burns these chumps a new one.

Totally deceptive. Site looks like you are on the DMV site even though they do have small print saying it's not. Charge $19.95 and you think you are renewing your license only to find out you get a NOTHING one page doc telling you how to go to DMV and do it. We called our credit card to cancel immediately and pray they don't use the card or husbands birthdate. DO NOT got to this site.
