I purchased aftermarket parts for my vehicle from EBC BreaksAfter installation, it was determined that the aftermarket parts were defectiveI filed a warranty claim through the proper channels at EBC and attempted to work out a resolution that would replace the defective parts and provide reimbursement for the associated labor costs so I could re-install the new parts at no additional cost to myselfUpon numerous back and forth communication with a Warrenty Service Representative, I was able to come to an agreement for the following:

I bought a set of brake pads from EBC distributor, weeks after the installment of the brakes, the pads broke
I contacted the manufacturer and filed a warranty claim in October I provided all the requested documents" proof of purchase and address"EBC representative in communication with me agreed to refund me, all the communications stopped So far, I have not received the purchase priceDespite my multiple attempts to contact EBC for resolution, no response from EBC so far
