Thank you for taking my call this morning regarding this caseAs I mentioned, this is the first complaint filed against DriveSavers in our decades of doing business, and I was therefore unfamiliar with how best to respond
The customer and I
spoke last week by email and over the phoneI was very happy to speak with him because during the three months that we worked on his data recovery project, he had never responded by phone to the dozens of requests we made for him to call usAs it turns out, he had understood that his tech support vendor was communicating with us; however, that contact had also not returned our calls and emails
When Mr*** and I spoke on Friday, he said that he was satisfied with the resolution I proposed to address his complaintHe said he would be reaching out to the Revdex.com to ensure that there was nothing that reflected poorly on DriveSavers' recordPlease let me know what else I can do at this point to have this show as resolved (or even withdrawn!)

Had a very good conversation with DriveSavers (*** ***)After months of confusion (on both ends I found out in that call) DriveSavers was absolutely helpful and willing to refund the payment that had not been confirmed by usWould definitely recommend DriveSavers to anyone else and would like to withdraw the original complaint as it seems to be the result of miscommunication with our third-party tech support indermediary
