Review: Driveway Doctor provided a seal coating service to my driveway in the spring of 2012. In a matter of months, the seal coating started to wash away (you could see the original driveway and the cracks throughout the driveway). Upon contacting Driveway Doctor, they said they would come out to inspect the driveway. They kept delaying when they were to come out and finally said it was too late in the year (this is fall 2012 now) and said they would reseal my driveway in the spring (2013). It is now September 2013 and after several scheduled attempts where they were to reseal my driveway, they have not shown up and do not even bother to notify me that they are unable to seal the driveway or call to reschedule. I paid them in May of 2012, so I do not have any leverage in forms of payment. I would like to have my driveway correctly sealed, but at this point would rather have my money back.Desired Settlement: Either come to reseal my driveway before the end of the year, or more preferably, provide a refund, $456.24

8/31/12 customer called and claimed his driveway sealcoating washed out in spots. After examination we agreed to reseal his driveway.

Trying to schedule in Sept.2012 was difficult, customer wanted a Fri. & we were trying to avoid any chance of rain. Time ran out before the hurricane and the loss of power. We agreed to have him call in spring 2013 to schedule. Again this got dragged out customer wanted Fri. & we needed a good sunny day. All is good his driveway got resealed to his satisfaction on a Wed.

Review: Driveway Doctor repaired a crack in the driveway and also seal coated the entire asphalt driveway. Less than a week after the services were completed, there is concern about the repair to the crack, which runs across the widest part of the driveway. It looks like it is starting to peel off the driveway. The seal coating also appears to be a very inferior job, but the fact that the repair is not holding is far more significant.Desired Settlement: A credit to the invoice to reflect the cost of the repair.
