driveway doctor

Review: Mr. H[redacted] said he would fill in the cracks on my driveway remove the dirt and grass and fill and tempt the front of my entrance way. then fill the cracks on the rest of the driveway grind of crack excess and top seal my driveway with [redacted]'s 6 year warrentry sealer. I paid in full for this job on June 12,2014. He has done part of the job but hasn't completed it all the driveway and entranceway cracks have now opened up again they need to be redone around the edge of the grages as well as the top coat and he promised me that the weeds wouldn't grow where he removed the dirt and where he filled with asphat is now growing weeds again. I have called him numerous times and he doesn't answer his phone. I have spoken to him in July with the lady and the man across the sterrt about fininshing up my job. He has promised many times to return but never has. now he droped oof a letter telling me that he will do the job on Sat. or Sunday of this week because of the rain. there has been no rain and none is forcasted for this week .I checked with the Nat. Weather on this. Last time I spoke to him with the folks across the street he said there were 6 more people ahead of me to get this job done. That was in July..He has been taking on more jobs and knocking on people's door for work. I paid him his $775.00 to do this ahead of time because I go away often and wanted it paid so he could complete the job without any money costs involved. I am 60 years old and I am disabled and he has taken care of many others work before completing mine. Wed. of this week the high temp. should be only in the low 70's and I know what he must complete should be done in the heat of the summer so it seals right water tight. now the temps are getting low at nights and I'm afraid that it will leave cracks all over the place with the winter cold setting in. Please help me.Desired Settlement: I want Mr. H[redacted] to complete this job and to give me a garentee that if the driveway or entrance way cracks from the cold weather of the winter that he must redo it next summer the way it was supposed to be done in the first place. Or that he must refund me my money of $775.00 so I can get it done by a nother person next year. with intrest.of 10%.He has been paid by me in cash $775.00 on June 12,2014,
