This is not a business to be trusted They are harassing customers with telephone marketing They have phoned me times and each time I was very polite and asked them to remove me from their calling list On the fourth time I asked to speak to a manager and they pretended to do so and hung up on me I hope you choose to take your business elsewhere and not support his shady business practice

What a good job this company did.........right on time, and the job was done with extreme careI would highly recommend them Decent price, too

I hired these guys to seal my driveway and all the sealer and rubber compound came off two weeks after they did it resulting in my driveway calapse I hired driveway doctor to seal my driveway so I can get many more years out of it. Little did I know that two weeks after they "sealed it" it all came off including all the rubber com pound to seal the small cracks. Due to the lack do service and inferior product I now need a new driveway. The winter was long and cold and moisture got under it and cracked it up beyond repair. The owner does not call back and promised to come out and reseal it but never showed up. The $675.00 seal job is going to cost me $8000. to replace the driveway. No contact to this day and I sent a certified letter demanding payment and still no contact. The next step is small claims court. I would not want this to happen to anyone else and would want others to know their business practice. An A rating is rediculous Desired SettlementThis company does not deserve any positive grades and others should know about their poor business practice. Feels like the Revdex.com let me down too with the rating. I now need a driveway and who is going to pay for it because of driveway doctors poor service and product. It sue the [redacted] won't be me. Either it gets resolved here or a judge.Business Response Mr. [redacted]'s driveway was in disrepair, due to ground water problems, before Driveway Doctor sealcoated it. The driveway was sealcoated in an effort to extend the life of the driveway, not to provide a permanent solution for the issues. Mr. [redacted] claims the sealcoating began to peel 2 weeks after the seal coating was done. An appointment was made, in an effort to provide excellent customer service, more sealcoating was to be added to the driveway at that time. The driveway was blocked with an SUV at the time of the scheduled appointment and no one was at home. Mr. [redacted] called back weeks later to say he was available for them to fix the driveway. Driveway Doctor lost time and revenue upon scheduling the last appointment with Mr. [redacted], for which he did not attend, and does not wish to lose more resources.

Two large shrubs 72 inches plus across 3 feet plus high, were completely destroyed by snow plow, he plowed directly into them head on. I was outside and saw what happened. In fact I mentioned to his helper, that I was concerned. he said they were carefull around shrubs. My shrubs, bushes are established 30 plus years as long as I have resided at my residence. Driveway DRS plowed this year and last year he is familiar with the property, another shrub on opposite corner has big hole, branches are knocked out of the middle approximately 3 feet across. I can't have that replaced, Its so big 108 inches across/56 inches high. The opposite side faces close to the street, and that was never, hit or damaged by the town plows! Some other areas have gaps (holes) branches are limp, hanging and will break off all because the force of the plow going in too far.Desired SettlementDriveway DRS said he's willing to replace the two, and they won't be as large he reffered to the size as juvenile plants. I want it replaced to my satisfaction. Its still going to take years to fill in. Largers shrubs, can be purchased at a nursery, I called several, and visited a nursery, spoke to the owner who said the can be ordered 3feet across 3feethigh. [redacted] -XXX-XXX-XXXX X.5 to 4 across will have in a wk or so. He hasn't sent me a bill, for the two plowings this winter. I feel I should pay for the first one. By Not charging me for plowing this winter, he may feel that will resolve part of the problem, it will not, considering the significant amount of damage caused. We never had damage in 30 plus years to any of our shrubs, trees, bushes until this year.Business' Initial Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted]/ [redacted]Contact Phone: XXX-XXX-XXXXContact Email: [redacted]This lady [redacted] her rambling complaint which leaves out many facts. I'm done wasting time trying to have a conversation with her. She doesn't listen, she just keeps rambling. The situation which has turned her world upside down is as follows: we plowed her driveway after last winters' historic 30 inch blizzard. Two branches on her overgrown, half dead bushes were broken. Not by our plow directly hitting them, but by the weight of the large snow bank formed by plowing. She had no markers on the horseshoe shaped driveway, which customers typically put up as guides for the plow guys, so they know where driveway ends and lawn and bushes begin. Markers aren't that important after a small storm, but are very important after a large storm like the one in question. Again, she had no markers. Most plow guys would do nothing for this lady, because of the historic nature of the snowfall and the fact that she didn't have markers on the driveway. Initially, I offered to replace the 2 bushes with new ones apprx 3-4 ft tall. I explained to her that was all I was willing to do given the circumstances. However, she wanted to see the bushes first. I had my landscaper send me a picture of the bushes and offered to foward it to her. She said she had no text or e-mail capabilities. I gave her an address about 1/2 mile from her house where she could go to look at the bushes; she didn't know how to get there and has no map or GPS. She wants to know what the "guarantee" is with the new bushes. She wants dig safe to be called before they're planted by the landscaper. I told her; "that's not required for planting a bush". She said "she's the customer and I need to do what she wants". My offer still stands, to replace the bushes with new 3ft tall similar bushes. That is all I'm willing to do. Her landscaping is very overgrown and in poor condition. She is being unreasonable. If she keeps dragging this out, the broken branches on her bushes will grow back and she'll have nothing to complain about. Consumer's Final Response [redacted]-Driveway Doctors account of what occurred is exaggerated. He would never allow me to continue a conversation, always trying to minimize and justify the damage. [redacted], claims two branches of my overgrown, half dead bushes were broken.I have them cut and shaped every year. They now are dead, because of the damage. I can send additional photos, of the (so called two dead branches.(as he describes.)I never had any problem before. Markers were not needed. [redacted], is familiar with the property, the island of shrubs could be seen as he entered the driveway even with the snow. I was outside wand saw what occured. Plow came in from the street directly hitting, smashing with force. slicing the bushes. I told [redacted], I would have to call Dig Safe (Safety Reasons) said it was not necessary. I feel it was.Dig Safe, was contacted in preparation for work to commence. copy of letter included. Water/Sewer, Gas co contacted not in conflict with area. [redacted] had a picture from his landscaper said he would text or email me mentioned I do not have neither. I have a fax machine it could also been mailed.[redacted] gave me a street where some work was done, but did not have a st.number, said he would get back to me the next day.(he did not)I drove by the area, but could not locate the home. all home have landscaping.[redacted], says I'm dragging this out and branches will grow back and I will have nothing to complain about. The damaged bushes, will not rejuvenate. They could have been replaced by now if he was really serious. I would call for an update, several times and have been courteous and patient. After not hearing from [redacted] with an address and kind of guarantee etc. I decided to contact the Revdex.com. [redacted] said he would fill in and seed area of lawn damaged. ( no problem as he described) That should have already been done. Business' Final Response Response okay that's fine there is no guarantee besides the fact that I am hiring [redacted] a company with 30 years experience. Contractor will be out within next 2 weeks or so.
