Driveway Sealing of Roanoke Valley

I used Roanoke's Bid & Buy Auction in May & received a $300 driveway sealing for only a $150 bid with this company. They were very nice and immediately contacted me back for the job. A very complete, clean & thorough job was done on my driveway and it was done within a week. I highly reccommend this company & will use them again. I live in Bedford County. 5 STARS.

Review: I purchased a voucher through the [redacted] for $50 on 4/21/16. This was a digital deal, meaning the $50 is worth $100 toward the product, in this case driveway sealing. I've called the company three times and left messages; I've emailed [redacted] on two occasions. The end result: nothing. Neither the ** nor the company has even been courteous enough to return my calls/emails.

The voucher has an expiration date of 7/31/2016. I had hoped to schedule this work -- but the company has chosen not to respond -- perhaps hoping that the deadline will pass.Desired Settlement: At this point, I no longer trust this company. I would prefer a refund. If they refuse the refund but are willing to complete the work, I would agree.

I did not know that you had purchased a daily deal, or I would have made sure you received a refund. The newspaper did not let me know you had tried to contact them either. I am cutting you a check today for $50.00 and sending it to you right away. We have considered sealing driveways in the [redacted] area, but it has not been proven cost effective as of yet. Driveway Sealing resealed my driveway about 1 week ago. They were prompt, did a great job and did not leave any mess. I would recommend this business to anyone needing their driveway sealed. Returned my phone call and got to job very quickly.
