Driveways by Doug

Recommend by a friend 2 years ago and did a great job! Told me within a few years it would need to be touched up due to settling. Came back and I am as happy as can be. A few bucks every couple years is better than the cost of a new driveway.

Doug came to my house and told me what a wonderful job he does and the wonderful material he uses, big joke. The cracks in my driveway are bigger now than before I spent $700 to have them repaired. I called him back to come out to fix it once again and he just shows up whenever he feels like it with out notice and was going to charge me again.. Please do not use this service without some kind of warranty, my bad I did not.

Review: [redacted] had patched cracks in my driveway for a few years. The last time he did not heat the material he used to fill the cracks with telling me it would be more durable that way. I contacted him within the year saying that the patches did not last at all without being heated and he finally agreed to come out and take a look but he never did show up. I understood his work was guaranteed, but apparently that was not the case. I felt as though I wasted my money and since I wasn't a annual customer, but called him as the cracks appeared, he did not find it necessary to warrantee his work. I also feel that he led me down a completely incorrect path by advising me not to seal my driveway so that he could continue to fill the cracks that appear since it had not been sealed.Desired Settlement: As I feel I wasted my money with his last repair, I would like a refund and would like Revdex.com to be aware of his business practices.
