CUSTOMER WAS COMPLAING ABOUT AREA WHERE A BIG TRUCK WOULD HAVE TO DRIVEOFF THE DRIVEWAY AND THEY ARE CONCERNED BY DRIVING OFF THE DRIVEWAY ITWILL CRACK.THEY WHERE TOLD THAT WE ARE NOT RESPONSABLE FOR BACK FILLINGTHE EDGES OF THE DRIVEWAY THAT IS THERE RESPONIBILTY TO DO SO.THE OTHERCOMPLAINT WAS AN
AREA IN WHICH WE THOUGHT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE A FLOWER BEDAREA THEY CAME TO US WHEN THE WORK WAS ALMOST COMPLETE AND ASKED US TOPAVE THESE AREAS WHICH WE DID DO FOR THEM .BY PAVING THESE AREAS ITCREATED SOMEWHAT OF A HUMP,THEY WOULD LIKE US TO TRY TO TAMP THESE AREASDOWN TO MAKE A BIT FLATTER.WE SAID WE WOULD BUT WE ARE VERY BUSY.WE DIDTELL THEM WE WOULD BE THERE A COUPLE OF TIMES ON A SATURDAY TO TRY TOCORRECT THE AREA BUT DUE TO OUR BUSY SCEDULE WE WERE NOT ABLE TO KEEPTHESE APPOINTMENTS.WE TOLD THEM WE WILL FIX THESE AREAS AS SO AS WECAN.THERE IS NO DANGER OF ANYONE GETTING HURT OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT.WEWILL ADDRESS THESE AREAS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

I DID RESPOND TO HIM.I WENT AND SPOKETO THE CUSTOMER ABOUT HIS CONCERNS AND AT NO POINT DID I GET ANGRY WITH HIM.I EXPLAINED TO HIM THE ASPHALT IS A BIT COURSE BECAUSE HE HAS A HILL AND THIS ASPHALT WOULD HELP WITH TRACTION.I TOLD HIM THAT IF HE WOULD LIKE I WOULD GIVE HIM A FREE SEALER AND
THIS WOULD HELP WITH THE APPERANCE OF THE DRIVEWAY.HE AGREED HE WOULD LIKE TO DO THAT.HE WAS SATISFIED THAT DAY WHEN I LEFT.AT A LATER DATE HE CALLED BACK COMPLAING THAT I PUT ASPHALT IN HIS DRIVEWAY AND THAT IS NOT WHAT HE WANTED HE CLAIMS HE WANTED CEMENT IN THE DRIVEWAY AND HE SAID I TOLD HIM I DO CEMENT.CLEARLY THIS GENTELMAN IS VERY CONFUSED.HE KEPT INSISTING HE NEVER WANTED ASPHALT AND COULD NOT UNDERSTAND WHY WE PUT ASPHALT DOWN.HE ASLO WAS STATING HR WAS CONCERNED THAT THE TOWN WOULD COME AFTER HIM BECAUSE THERE WERE SMALL PEICES OF ASPHALT LIKE LITTLE STONES GOING INTO THE ROAD.I AM WILLING TO PUT A LAYER OF NEW ASPHALT OVER THE DRIVEWAY FOR HIM AT NO CHARGE.I JUST ASK HE GIVES ME SOMETIME TO GET THAT DONE.I WILL GET IT DONE BEFORE WE CLOSE DOWN FOR THE SEASON.THIS CUSTOMERS DAUGHTER IS THE ONE WHO CALLED FOR THE ESTIMATE TO BEGIN WITH AND THAT IS THE ONLY TIME WE SPOKE WITH HER.HE IS THE PERSON WHO CALLED ABOUT THE COMPLAINTS.THE DAUGHTER IS THE ONE WHO HIRED US TO DO THE JOB NOT HER FATHER THANK YOU,*** *** **

we take our business very serious and are very sorry for the delay in the response to this complaint.I am more then willing to put something in writing at this time 02/08/to promise to look at driveway and to fix any issues that are present .this past season was extremely busy and I not
knowingly over looked this matter.this is not an excuse because we value ever customer we have and our goal is to have satisfied customers.please respond to this to let us know if you are willing to let us fix any issue you are having with the driveway and to have you as another satisfied customer.thank you ,*** *** **

Although I appreciate you finally coming out to try to fix the driveway, I'm still not thrilled with the result. We will be having another company come out and dig it out and fix it when they pave my rental property. Yes I was concerned with the part of the driveway that the septic truck goes down and gets stuck, I voiced this upon the day of the estimate. I would have been happy to pay you to come back and taper that edge off. I did not complain about that on this website. The patch job by the front walkway was my concern because it doesn't look good. The day you came to grade and level the driveway out, we noticed that the white stones were not leveled. My business partner the next morning at 7am voiced the concern about making sure that part was paved. Only one side of that walkway got paved. My partner noticed it when he got home, once again that was addressed while you were still here. I voiced my concern later that day to [redacted] and showed her before she left. Two of my calls and an email were both ignored. I even said in one message that if you couldn't do it to just let me know and I would go else where. I would never leave one of my customers unhappy for 3 months. Then I'm told it's toolate to fix it, when it was supposed to be addressed earlier. I'm sad I wasted $16,000 on a driveway that I waited over 10 years for. This part of the driveway is seen by myself and my customers every day because it is right up front. I chose to support another local business after speaking to a friend of yours.
