Although I appreciate you finally coming out to try to fix the driveway, I'm still not thrilled with the resultWe will be having another company come out and dig it out and fix it when they pave my rental propertyYes I was concerned with the part of the driveway that the septic truck goes down and gets stuck, I voiced this upon the day of the estimateI would have been happy to pay you to come back and taper that edge offI did not complain about that on this websiteThe patch job by the front walkway was my concern because it doesn't look goodThe day you came to grade and level the driveway out, we noticed that the white stones were not leveledMy business partner the next morning at 7am voiced the concern about making sure that part was pavedOnly one side of that walkway got pavedMy partner noticed it when he got home, once again that was addressed while you were still hereI voiced my concern later that day to [redacted] and showed her before she leftTwo of my calls and an email were both ignoredI even said in one message that if you couldn't do it to just let me know and I would go else whereI would never leave one of my customers unhappy for monthsThen I'm told it's toolate to fix it, when it was supposed to be addressed earlierI'm sad I wasted $16,on a driveway that I waited over years forThis part of the driveway is seen by myself and my customers every day because it is right up frontI chose to support another local business after speaking to a friend of yours Regards, [redacted] ***
