Driveways Corporation, Inc.

We gave Driveways Corporation a down payment of $200.00 to do our driveway. Because our schedule clashed with theirs, they said they could not do the job. We have been trying to get our $200.00 deposit back and they refuse to answer any of our phone messages. We have his initials dated 4/28 that he received the $200.00 deposit. Driveways Corporation Inc had not completed services contracted or responded back to inquires made.Driveways Corporation was sent a deposit of $300.00 on March 23, 2014 to complete a drive way installation at my residential property. The original date for the project to be completed was the end of April 2014. The arrangements were made with [redacted], the company[redacted]. The project had been rescheduled for the beginning of May. As of June 29th the job has not been started or completed. I have called and left numerous messages,on both the work phone and Mr. [redacted]'s cell phone, over the past six weeks regarding either installation of the driveway or return of my deposit. At this time I have still not received a call back from Driveways Corporation Inc about the status of the job or when I will receive my deposit back.Desired SettlementAt this time I would like to get a refund of the $300.00 that I sent on March 23rd. I do not feel comfortable using Driveways Corporation Inc at this time due to the lack of response that I have received from my phone calls.

Took a deposit and then never showed up or returned phone calls. Still never heard back or received a refund.In March driveway corp took a deposit of $200.00 in order to pave our driveway first week of April. They never showed up and after multiple calls the finally said they were backed up due to weather and would come last week in April. They never showed up and have not returned a phone call or email since. We are a young couple with 2 children and I believe they took advantage thinking they could just steal from us.Desired SettlementAll I would like back is our $200.00 refundable deposit.

Driveway was improperly sealed. There was a lack of sufficent material resulting in linear splotchiness that runs the length of the driveway.On October 2, 2014 [redacted] of Driveways Corporation came to our door early in the evening. He offered to seal our driveway for $300, a job that he represented would usually cost $500, but since he was in the area doing another job, he could offer this reduced price.We agreed and when they began, it was dusk. By the time they finished, it was dark out. We paid by check and they left.The next day, October 3rd, when we came home from work we say the sub-standard job with back-and-forth mop marks that ran the length of the driveway. It was obvious that not enough sealer was used as the prior seal coat could still be seen through the new. I called Mr. [redacted] and spoke to him at 7:23pm and explained the issue. He assurred me that he would be back the next day or Saturday at the latest (October 4th and 5th respectively).Neither Mr. [redacted] nor any of his representitives have returned to the premises on either of those days, nor has Mr. [redacted] returned any of my calls.
