I am rejecting this response because:   I gave Mr. James S[redacted] several chances to make the situation right by contacting him over 5 times in the month of October and making an appointment with him to come see the work his team completed on my driveway.  The job was completed at night and Mr. James S[redacted] could not know the job his team performed on my property because he never saw it in the light of day.  If he really guaranteed his work, and upheld his one year warranty as his invoice reflects, he would have kept our appointment in October and showed up to my house when he said he was going to, to see the job that was performed.
I don't want Mr. S[redacted] coming back on my property and trying to fix the mess he and his team created.  I gave him that opportunity in October and was friendly, and courteous of his time (he could not come down to see the job the day after it was completed because he told me he was on a two week job in Williamsport) and not only did he leave me to sit at home all day and wait for him to come to my house like he said he would, but when I called him to ask him why he would just not show up like that he told me "he would see me in court."
I will continue to take every action I can against this company to ensure they don't scam another person.  It has now been 5 months since the last conversation I had with Mr. S[redacted].  If he really wanted to guarantee his work and honor his warranty he could have easily contacted me.
