Driveways-R-Us

I am not happy with Driveways R' Us. [redacted] wrote up a proposal for work on my front concrete porch and the job did not match his hype. Three times I expressed my concern to him regarding water puddling in low spots and each time he reassured me that he would fix them as part of his "Necessary Prepwork", he did not. The color I chose was not what he used. He promised to connect our downspouts into Deco Drains that were put in by his friend. Turns out the Deco Drains are too narrow and so he just left them on top to dump water and tree leaves onto our porch which makes a mess and stains. I stressed that I need a finish that is easily maintained and showed him what I wanted from a remnant of a 35-year old sidewalk, he told me he had something better. I trusted him and got a finish that holds and shows the dirt, even after I rinse it with Dawn soap as he recommended. He is hard to reach and even after sending him a letter, his girlfriend was the one emailing me. As I have lost confidence in [redacted]'s work, I have hired another contractor to re-do the mess and start all over. I would not recommend [redacted] or Driveways R' Us.
