Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved Regards, [redacted]

Drivin Communications is the largest privately-owned [redacted] and [redacted] retailer in the nation, with operations in states We do not as a practice target elderly customers, but instead attempt to visit with every responsible home owner in the Phoenix metropolitan area Our door-knocking teams provide a valuable service to customers in that we can commonly lower pricing for customers from what they are currently paying by $per month or more All of the information collected at the door is necessary to run a credit check on the customer, which is a requirement for [redacted] or [redacted] This can be independently verified by either of those services. We take tremendous care with a customer's information, and the sales rep does not have access to any information collected once it has been sent in to our database All information is password protected and cannot be used for any purpose other than the purpose for which it was originally intended When the customer contacted the sales representative, he of course wished to keep the installation scheduled and so wished to convince the customer to go through with the install, but eventually relented when it became clear that the customer could not be convinced. Please visit our website at drivin.getdish.com for more questions or contact us at ###-###-####Thank you

I waited the entire length of my contract before writing this review, because I wanted to give this company a fair chance to set things straight...nope, not a peep In May 2014, a representative from Drivin Communications came to my home, asking if I would like to switch from my current cable television provider to [redacted] Despite having no complaints, other than a slight increase in price, with my current provider, I agreed to WORST MISTAKE EVER I won't list my complaints with [redacted] here (I will review that company on their Revdex.com page), but when I called Drivin Communications to inquire if they might be able to help me, their complete lack of concern floored me I understand that if I have a complaint with ***, that I deal with [redacted] and not DC, but the gentleman who came to my house assured me that if I had any problems whatsoever, I could call DC, and the problem would be taken care of immediately I asked if this included problems or questions with my new [redacted] service, and he repeatedly assured me it did Again, I won't specify my problems here, but I called their "headquarters" numerous times, and each time I called, I was told to call ***; that DC couldn't do anything The lady I spoke to was so condescending and rude, I felt like I was in kindergarten After three weeks of several calls each business day, I finally gave up, and vowed that as soon as my contract was up, I would cancel my [redacted] service, and never deal with this company again In closing, if I could rate this company an "F-," I would, without hesitation p.s.--I hope y'all enjoy the [redacted] Ipad Mini (with a new [redacted] subscription) that was sent to your office instead of my home address *insert sarc here*

To whom it may concern:Because of our agreement with *** [redacted] , we are not allowed to pay any money towards [redacted] cancellation fees. However, if the customer would permit, we would like to pay $60 on behalf of the customer towards the customer's [redacted] bill.... Will this be acceptable?

I asked if this included problems or questions with my new [redacted] service, and he repeatedly assured me it did. Again, I won't specify my problems here, but I called their "headquarters" numerous times, and each time I called, I was told to call [redacted]; that DC couldn't do anything. The lady I spoke to was so condescending and rude, I felt like I was in kindergarten. After three weeks of several calls each business day, I finally gave up, and vowed that as soon as my contract was up, I would cancel my [redacted] service, and never deal with this company again.
In closing, if I could rate this company an "F-," I would, without hesitation.
