I could not be more pleased with my experience My teen daughter was experiencing transmission issues on her Ford Explorer After an analysis xxxxx and his crew had her repaired for under $ It would have been very easy for them to exaggerate the repair costs It is rare you find a business with integrity in today's economy, and that is the one word I would use to describe them: integrity

I rented a mini van for 5 days for a trip from Saskatoon to BC and back. The vehicle was clean and in great shape. a most wonderful vacation was had by me and my passengers. No problems at all with the vehicle.
The service when I first went to get the vehicle was so so. The gentleman that was assisting me did a great job and was helpful in explaining things. An older lady in the background kept butting in and was rude. I had asked to use cash as part of the deposit and have my credit card listed for any further expenses. I was ready to drop $1000 cash for the deposit but the lady piped up that they wouldn't accept the cash and wanted the full amount on my credit card. I really didn't want the extra charges on my credit card but she insisted. ahhh whatever.
I decided to get the extra insurance to cover any possible damages. For another $134.75 I paid thinking it would cover most things. On the trip I managed to get a stone chip on the windshield. I thought it was no big deal and reported it. I have had stone chips repaired for $100 bucks or so before so thought I was ok. The rude lady was there when I returned the vehicle and she insisted that I pay for an entire new windshield to be replaced. $310.50 for that. Seems the extra insurance does not cover stone chips.
I paid it and left. Not a happy customer.
The vehicle itself was great. the rude lady - am not impressed with her service.","neg-1

Complaint[redacted]I booked a rental vehicle and my wife gave them a credit card number. They never said they would take a deposit from it or that if you cancelled the reservation they would keep a two hundred dollar deposit. There was no authorization to take money from the account and they outright refused to return the funds. I called them at 3:50 p.m. January 16th 2015 and the rental was reserved for 10:30 a.m. January 17th. [redacted] They said they would leave the deposit on account and I would have six months to use it. I have no use for the credit as I don't live in Saskatoon.Desired SettlementReturn my 200.00 and stop this practice of taking a deposit without disclosure. Business Response [redacted]On January 14, 2015 a vehicle rental reservation was made by telephone. I informed the caller that we would need a credit card number to put a deposit of $200.00 to hold the vehicle. I also told the caller that at the point of renting the vehicle the credit card and the renter have to be in the same name. She told me that her husband would be the one picking up the vehicle and he would be using his credit card for the rental. She asked me about our cancellation policy because she was not absolutely certain they would even make it because of the weather. I told her our refund policy is 72 hours before the due date but if she was not going to make it in that she would need to speak with me about the cancellation and we would work it out. She gave me a credit card number, expiry date and I processed the $200.00 deposit and the reservation was confirmed. The $200.00 deposit was confirmed at 13:44 pm on Thursday, January 14th.The afternoon of January 16th I received a telephone call from the same person that made the reservation and she informed me that because we do not provide child seats with the rental vehicle she would be cancelling the reservation for Saturday, January 17th. She also said they found another alternative and were now going to be driving in. I said okay and then refunded the $200.00 reservation deposit back to the original credit card provided. Refund deposit of $200.00 confirmed on January 16th at 17:13 pm. Supporting documentation of the $200.00 credit card deposit and $200.00 credit card refund is available confirming both transations. This complaint is not an accurate accounting of this transaction. The wife made the reservation as well as the cancellation. The husband is claiming he made the reservation which is absolutely false. The whole purpose of a $200.00 deposit is to guarantee the reservation. When someone makes a reservation and cancels 72 hours in advance of the pick up time the $200.00 deposit is always refunded. This advance cancellation then allows the rental company an opportunity to rent the vehicle to someone else. [redacted]
