Review: I ordered a t shirt from Dr jays on the **of February, as I live in the UK it took a week or so to arrive, when it did arrive after only once through the wash one of the logos on the front had all but disappeared. I own several t shirts with the same type of print on the front so am very careful with how I was them. I contacted dr jays on the **march to inform them of this, they replied saying "Thank you for contacting us. I am sorry to hear that the items you received do not meet your expectations. It is important to us that you're completely satisfied with your [redacted] merchandise. We apologize that we do not process exchanges; however, we accept returns for up to 30 days after receipt of your purchase. Return items must be sent back in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and with store tags attached. Unfortunately, we would not be able to accept this item back for a return, you may need to contact the manufacturer If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to contact us again. Thank you for shopping at [redacted]" So from this I contacted DC, who is the brand of t shirt, but the response I got from them was that as they didn't sell the product they can't replace it, I then contacted dr jays again and was given this response, " Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately removing an items tags, wearing or washing an item voids our returns policy. If you have any other questions please contact us. Have a nice day! " I replied to them saying that it was ridiculous as I had no way of knowing the item would become defective after only once through the wash, they then replied by saying this " Thank you for contacting us. I am sorry to hear that the items you received did not meet your expectations. We apologize but we can only accept returns for up to 30 days after receipt of your purchase. Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging, unworn, unlaundered and with store tags attached. " It may now be past the 30 days but that's only because they have refused to accept responsibility over and over again.Desired Settlement: I would be happy with either a replacement product sent to me free of charge or a refund for the item.

Review: Store number 207, manager named Reverand refused to exchange my product on Saturday 10/**/15 purchased on Sunday 10/**/15. Clearly within the 7 day policy. Item is unworn, unused with tags.Desired Settlement: Business should grant the exchange
