Review: I was taking driving lessons and my last day of classes was a double class starting at 9:15am. Each class is 45 minutes. The owner of the business is Dulce M[redacted]. She has two driving instructors, one of the driving instructors is her brother. I meet him on the first lesson and did not like his approach. I am a customer and I do not appreciate when I am paying for a service and what I am getting is someone screaming at me. I took classes with the second instructor and everything went really well. I was extremely pleased. He was patient and respectful unlike the owner's brother. I spoke to Dulce and asked if I can take classes with the other instructor. She said that she doesn't guarantee it but that she will try. On December [redacted] was my last 2 classes because my road test is approaching the classes were doubled. The class started at 9:15 am I thought it was going to be with the instructor I have been taking my classes with but instead it was the owners brother. I tried to be positive and got into the car. We started driving and he asked me to stop on the right side of the street. So I was beginning to stop when he started raising his voice because I didn't stop right way. Then he asked me to do a broken u turn. I started to proceed the way the previous instructor taught me and he disapproved. That's when he started to yell again. I explained to him that I am use to one way of teaching and that I don't appreciate being yelled at. I told him I was not going to continue with the class. I immediately stepped out the car and called the owner. I Explained the situation to Dulce she then proceeded by saying that I got out of the car therefore I loose both classes. She said I'm the only one with a problem. I will like a partial refund for the 2 classes. This is completely unprofessional that I am paying to get yelled at. Dulce and her brother do not care about their customers. They treat you nicely when trying to get payment after that they do not care.Desired Settlement: I want a partial refund for the last 2 classes that she refused to reschedule.

Review: In the beginning of April, I personally went into DRM driving school and signed up for a driving package involving 4 driving classes, the car for the road test, and the road test. My classes were scheduled as follows: 4/** at 1PM, 4/** at 12PM, 5/* at 1PM, and 5/* at 1PM. The road test was scheduled on 5/* at 7AM. I paid $60.00 in cash towards my final balance. On the morning of April [redacted], I called the driving school and spoke to a gentleman. I explained to the gentleman that I was not going to be able to make it to the class on 4/** at 1PM and asked to reschedule. As per the gentleman, he postponed the class to the 4/** at 11AM. On 4/**, I received a voicemail from a lady at the driving school reminding me of my class on 4/**. On 4/**, I attended a birthday party at an indoor water park (I have proof of this) and my cell phone was in the locker room the entire day. I didn't listen to the voicemail until the nighttime. The following day on Sunday, I returned the phonecall but noone answered. Monday morning, 4/**, I called the driving school and spoke to the lady. I explained to her that she left me a voicemail in regards to my class that day but that I had called to cancel that class a week ago and the gentleman postponed it for 4/**. The lady told me that the class was not cancelled and if I didn't make it, I would lose the money. She stated that she did see a class was added on 4/** to my package but the class for 4/** was never cancelled. I explained to her again that I called a week before to cancel and if the gentleman did not do so, that that was his fault not mine. I did my part by calling in to cancel. She reiterated that I would lose my money if I did not attend. I don't think it's right that I be penalized when I did call. If the gentleman did not cancel it, then she needs to speak to him about that. She was also extremely rude over the phone. I asked for her name as well she said it's [redacted]Desired Settlement: I should get the $38 back for the class. She claims I can't because she called on Saturday and I should've answered her phone call. Company policy states you have to call 24 hours in advance to cancel and I called a whole week ahead of time. If the gentleman I spoke to did not cancel the class then he should pay for it as that was his mistake not mine. [redacted] claims I have to pay for it because she needs to pay the instructor for it as the class was never cancelled but that's not my problem.
