Review: I was quoted a price to have surgery done on my gums, and after the surgery the bill that was sent was for twice the amount of the original quote.If I was told that I may be responsible for $500.00 or $600.00 more, I would have waited or not had the surgery at all. In all my life going to many different dentists, I have never had an initial quote of my portion become more than double of what was paid. I am unemployed , ran out of unemployment benefits and the dentist Marriane Urbanski , knowing this did additional work to line her pockets, xrays that would just make money for her. My primary dentist Dr Spadola should have taken those, but instead Marrianne Urbanski took them. This is a terrible dentist that does not listen to the patients.

Patient was quoted a price of $2235.00 for a procedure. On March 27,2012 patient signed financial agreement stating that his payment portion would be an estimated $1235.00. The estimated insurance portion was $1000.00. It clearly states that this is only an estimate of what insurance will pay. The difference in the estimate was $266.00. The patient had explained to me the financial hardship that he was going through. I then told him to take his time in paying the bill in full. Patient returned to office in October 2012 for a cleaning and check up and at that time the only balance that his insurance did not pay was $15.50.
