I am rejecting this response because: He agreed the job was not done wellThe rocks were not removedThe edging was not installed correctly The plantings were 1/4- 1/Dead the next springI wanted either $refund or it fixedHe agreed to a refund so I hired someone else to fix itThen he went back on his wordThis is not OK

We have this project scheduled to make all corrections that they want in the spring. We have a slight language barrier that we have overcome. We will have the project wrapped up in April, weather pending. Mike

We installed a perfect driveway and walkway combination, and we installed mulch around the house and a front landscape. We corrected the landscape when the homeowner said they did not like and replanted the front area. After it was re planted and mulched we were informed that it still
was not what she was looking for in a concept. She has asked to be paid $4,and in return will remove her complaint

Crew went out and resealed and waterproofed the the cement slab and work has been done.

correspondence between DRMP and myself so you can see the scope of my problems with them, the addmission of poor workmanship and the offer to remunerate me for the expenses incurred. I do appreciate that they have addressed the latest deficiency but it does not resolve the other issues.

He agreed the job was not done well. The rocks were not removed. The edging was not installed correctly.  The plantings were 1/4- 1/3 Dead the next spring. I wanted either $4000 refund or it fixed. He agreed to a refund so I hired someone else to fix it. Then he went back on his word. This is not OK.
