Review: We, as a school, have paid this company for all products ordered in a timely fashion. [redacted], the primary irresponsible party, has failed to ship items to the school on time. It is now the day before graduation and we have an incomplete order since January. My graduates are not prepared and I had to seek the help of another 01company which came through. This is not the first time this occurs! This is unacceptable! Refusals to answer phone calls and lying about shipments are unnaceptable! This company is looking to be sued!Desired Settlement: Billing adjustment made immediately!
