D.R.O Services

The recoil spring broke on my mower. I called D.R.O. and talked to [redacted] (the owner). I asked him to give me a price on repairing the mower, He said he would have to take it apart and let me know the price. He called the next day to tell me the mower was fixed. After arriving there, I asked him the price and he said $85.00. I was in shock. I explained that the price was way to high and he should have called before any repairs were made. So after many complaints I had to pay to get the mower. I tried to pay with a credit card then a check. He replied that he only took cash. I had to leave to get cash.
