Review: I have a pension/retirement fund from my last job at [redacted]. that is handled by Droeg Financial. I have made repeated calls trying to get the actual amount since I've never received a statement of any kind, so I have no idea how much is even in there, if it even exists. I was told by [redacted] that I'd be able to transfer the money to an IRA at my credit union once the amount was determined, and was told to call back multiple times because the amount hasn't been figured out yet. I have been calling every week, sometimes multiple times a week, for the past month without anybody answering or returning my calls. I have been told by current and former employees that I'm not the only one who has experienced this treatment and have never received any statements. I feel like I've been lied to and blown off, I've never experienced this from a former employer before, it is very unprofessional. I've been waiting to set up the IRA at my credit union for way too long now, I want this resolved as soon as possible.Desired Settlement: I want to know the exact amount that is in my account, a statement showing the amount and an account/confirmation number, and all the information that is required to transfer the amount into an IRA at my credit union.
