I am not in agreement with the response from Droege Tree CareThe question is not whether they did the workThe question is about the removal of a limb from a tree that they were specifically told not to removeDroege has acknowledged that they removed the limb and has offered compensation of $My position is that the compensation they offer is not adequate for the lossI believe that they should offer an apology and forgive the entire invoice amount as payment to meIf they could replace the limb, that would be acceptableObviously, that is impossible to do
