Prompt response to my email regarding my issue. Resolved that day. Great customer service. No complaints. Great company.
The only way you can return this product according to the website is without opening or using the drone. How can you return something if you are not allowed to try the drone out? You must also return it with a receipt or proof of purchase. The drone arrived in a box with no packing slip and I never received an email receipt for the purchase. The web site claims 100% money back guarantee. You must return it within 30 days of purchase. You are stuck with a very dangerous, harmful drone because it is impossible for an everyday person to operate the drone and you have no documentation from the company to have proof of purchase. The only way to fly this drone is through an App on your cell phone which requires you to have gaming experience in order to follow all the steps extremely quickly because the drone takes off the minute you turn it on. You have no control to stop it.

The product's video function, the most critical function on the drone product, will not work with my Pixel 3 XL phone. This makes the product totally useless to me. I have no choice but to ask for a full refund. However, all emails sent to the company's email address to discuss the return process, ***, results in a MAILER-DAEMON error message. Apparently they aren't set up for customers who wish to return a product to them.
This customer has been refunded in full for the item they purchased. They sent a return request to an unknown email address and therefore, we did not find out that this customer wanted to return the item until contacted through Revdex.com.
