Everything has been taken out of contextIf she would have not ignored us she would have been explained in person rather than over messaging which can be taken out of context especially when the insured has no idea anything about her own policyBlatant disregard or ignorance is on her because we tried to explainWe never said she had to sign our contractWe said if she goes with a lower bid those are the consequencesWe also have screen shots of her fb trash talking about contractors and insuranceThis is absolutely nothing but a misunderstanding and I do not wish to do business with someone that is concerned with taking advantage of peopleIf we were to get caught up by raising her claim and who knows what customers are capable ofWe have had people use our xactimates, not estimates, to use someone else and say we did the work when we never had a contractThat can come back on my company and I will not allow anyone to involve it in anything illegalThis is a prime example of ignorance and prideGood luck

I am rejecting this response because:[redacted] has sent messages saying if I go with a cheaper bid "you are face charges and jail time" and that "I would not receive these messages if I answer his calls, text and email". I also reject the statement that I asked him to pay my deductible any mention of my deductible was asking for ways to cut the cost on the price of his quote (his company being the highest knowing they could go lower) because the deductible is high (deductible is 6,900 no matter what his cost were but we will be left to cover any and all cost that is left once the deductible and insurance had paid) and he was seeing the entire amount of the checks we were getting  back and saying he would do the work for what the insurance paid and then they could also get the recoverable depreciation (which was 2985.24) and if they couldn't then they would call it paid in full for 12,500 (a verbal offer) when his Xactimate was for 17,689.98. (I too have the emails.)
