Customer service is horrible! In my opinion the Revdex.com should not accredit them Did not cancel order as requested prior to shipping because they missed the ship and delivery date They do not return callsThey sent two emails first sent a message to about 60-customers stating they could not respond to us because they were busy!! They also included all the other customers email addresses in their email which I would think is some sore of a privacy breech? Second email finally sent stating since they missed the ship date they would have shipping expedite to receive on the date promised, couple hours later got a FedX confirmation it was shipped ground and will miss the promise dateI stated in writing if my order was not received by a certain date to cancel the order which they ignored

To whom it may concern, We have attached proof that this transaction never went through on our end It was declined by her bank with an error code of which usually means insufficient funds or fraud protection We have contacted the customer to let her know that the order did not go through If you can please have this complaint removed at your earliest convenience, we would appreciate itThank you

Drone World is the company where you will end up spending a couple of thousand dollars and when I called them to check why my order was cancelled without the notice, they hang up on my three times. Representative named [redacted] tried to be nice, but because he didn't know how to answer my question he simply hang up the phone! This is the worst customer service I experienced for such an expensive product.
