Drop in Inc

Review: had my oil changed at that location. very rude manager. after the service I had an oil leak. took it to another place to get checked out. tech at mech shop stated that drop in oil change didnt put my oil filter on right and filled it with way to much oil. brought it back to drop in and the manager refused to fix the problem. was gonna charge me to fix it and then after telling her that I would'nt pay for them to fix their own mess up she became very loud , screaming at me and stated that they refuse to touch my car. I am unable to take it any where else because the other shops say that if they take off the filter and its cracked then they could be held reliable. Manager was so loud and rude yelling over my voice so that I couldnt even talk. refused to give me her name or contact the main manager for meDesired Settlement: refund for service and refund on my bill from having to take it to the mech to get checked out. will never go to this drop in lube again and will let others know about the bad buisness
