I am rejecting this response because:The screen shot provided for the most recent refund has not been processed or gone throughI have asked repeatedly for drop it modern to please let us know where they refunded us the moneyBoth PayPal and Visa has no such refund for $We need to know exactly how they refunded the promised amountWas it through PayPal ? Was it through our visa company ? The screen shots given also do not show the $has not cleared only the $Cleared on April Please provide this so we can close the case with Revdex.com as proper documentation needs to be provided

12/12/16- Customer purchases item and we shipped it that weekCustomer reaches out to us several weeks outside of the return policy period of ten days and asks to exchange the product because she is not happy with the item color, etcAs a courtesy we accept her exchange, even though it is
technically outside of our return period which is indicated in our store policies which every customer checkbox agrees to before checkouthttps://www.dropitmodern.com/pages/faq We will issue customer a store credit to purchase the backdrop she desiresShe agrees to a store credit and purchases another backdrop and uses it, then requests another return outside the return policy periodShe goes through this process more times, exchanging backdrops out after using them etcWe are not a rental companyOur policies are in place for a reasonNow customer, who is aware of our return policy and store credit is asking again to return the product months after item is purchased for a credit to their credit card(*Item was purchased with previous store credit + $credit card charge) We did refund the $used to make the purchase to her credit card: and issued a store credit minus the $packaging fee for not supplying the backdrop back to us in original packaging(Customer inquired to have the 15% restocking fee waived and we compromised with $15, all documented via e-mail because she failed to return the original packaging it came in) We are not a rental company, our policies are in place for a reason and we feel we have extended a numerous amount of exceptions and courtesies for this customerWe feel she has been dishonest in her e-mail correspondence, lacking in integrity and good business practicesWe have done nothing dishonest or outside of our company policies

I have asked repeatedly for drop it modern to please let us know where they refunded us the money. Both PayPal and Visa has no such refund for $395. We need to know exactly how they refunded the promised amount. Was it through PayPal ? Was it through our visa company ? The screen shots given also do not show the $395 has not cleared only the $60 Cleared on April 1. Please provide this so we can close the case with Revdex.com as proper documentation needs to be provided.
