I am currently living in one of HSL property in Tucson AZmy AC been broke for six straight months so fari routinely walked to the apartment office to request maintenance it was all about ''we waiting for an order supply'' and all they do is release off some water from the AC unit that keeps for like an hour and then return back to 90FLastly this week the maintenance guy told me my AC will neverits either me or my dawn stairs one will loosehe said once your apartment AC water is released you apt gets cool for some and then they will feel the heat, their will be flashed your turn hot againyou will be in a simultaneous routine
As I write this review my AC is completely shut off because of severe leaking that is damaging the ceiling and the carpetNo solution, No repair, No other accommodation and with me lives my elderly parent of years with HBP

at river oaks apartments the hot tub is not working quite often, and had no hot water last winter for a month

I was overcharged $300 on May's rent at La Reserve Apartments which went through auto pay. I argued with the local management office as well as HSL Asset Management office for 15 days to get this resolved, plus sent a certified letter as well as worked directly with my bank to have the charges revoked. I then gave a cashier's check to the office for the correct amount. HSL has now charged me a $50 fee for "NSF" (because I revoked the charges) and refuses to reimburse me. Their manager - [redacted] - won't return a phone call despite La Reserve's Manager's message to her. I am also asking for a $100 fee/penalty to be paid to me, applying the same fees HSL would apply to me if I were late paying my rent. I even went to HSL's office and had a terrible experience with one of the managers, [redacted], who was extremely curt and totally unresponsive. She would not even let me finish my sentences.
It is very frustrating to see that the rules apply only one way, and that even though La Reserve admitted they had made the error, they will not make things right.
Would the next step be to go to the media?
How disappointing!

Terrible experience! Do not rent from them!!! The apartments are old and things are constantly breaking, AC units leak and you will have enormous electric bills. Maintenance does not show up for scheduled appointments (then they will say it's your fault). When I had ants in my apartment I was told that was normal for Arizona and to deal with it. I have never lived in an rental community that was this disorganized and awful. Save yourself the frustration and look somewhere else!!!

Terrible company... vague about canceling membership and gives a run around about speaking with an actual customer service representative.... I have received nothing but rude and off putting Emails from their personnel... do not enter into a trial or business with this company because there is no way out... by the time you get a response they will tell you that you didn't cancel in time and you will not be getting a refund...
