Drop Spot

Review: I dropped a bag of laundry off to the cleaners to be washed on 7/*/2015. They swapped tags with another person's laundry and I received that person's laundry back. They have failed to find my laundry or reimburse me for the lost laundry. They claim they traced it to a customer that lives out of the country.Desired Settlement: I'd like to receive my laundry back or be reimbursed for my lost laundry $365. I have a detailed list of what was lost.
