Review: wow... where to begin. We went in on Sat @ 5:20pm. The guy comes out from the back after waiting 7 min. I tell him I need the micro usb port changed. He yells to the back do u have time to do a usb port. The guy jose yells back no I don't have time. The guy Oscar says we can't help you. You will have to come back. Then he walks to the back says we can do a diagnostic. He prints me a receipt says he will call me in about an hour. Oscar calls leaves a voicemail we can't fix it. So we head back to the store. He tells me there are two pins broken on the motherboard. I say what? the usb port has nothing to do with the Motherboard. So we leave, we get in the car I go to turn on my phone and it will not turn on. I walk back in tell the guy Oscar, we have a big problem. My phone will not turn on. He says oh it didn't work when you dropped it off the screen was blank. I say know it was not broken it was working fine. He gets on the phone with Jose the tech who had already left. He says , Jose said it didn't work . I said yes it did. I say well you have to choices, you can get the owner on the phone and give me a loaner phone or you can pay me for my phone. He says to leave it. I say I want a receipt that states I am dropping it off. Oscar gives me the run around. I ask him to call the manager. In the meantime another customer walks in to pick up his iphone. Oscar tells him its fixed.... The customer says ok let me listen to it. After five minutes the guy says its not fixed it sounds the same. Oscar, states oh I replaced the wire it should be fine. Customer says nope. Finally Oscar says ok I won't charge you. So not only did they not disclose they broke my phone, the guy Oscar lied to my face and then tried to pull one over on the other customer lying to his face. Finally I get a call in the store from the manager Joel, I tell him what has happened. That they did not want to help me to begin with, then they broke my phone and didn't tell me. I pulled up my cell bill and it has all my calls and messages.Desired Settlement: The broke my cell phone. I want a replacement,or the phone fixed.
