Review: I placed an order with Drop zone army navy on 8/3/13. Their web site states "guaranteed quick shipping" (shipped within 3-7 day). On 8/12/13 I went online to check the status of my order. Their was no information as to whether or not my order had shipped yet so I called the customer service number for on their web site. Unable to get in contact with a live person I left a message on their machine which stats the someone will call me back within the next 24hr. Two days later I had not heard from the company so I called again and again left a message on the machine; I still have not received any return communication from the company in away way nor have I receive any of the items that I have order. I have tried to contact the company by phone and by e-mail numerous times and have never received any communication back. It has now been 27 days since I placed my order with them and they took $185.33 out of my account through pay pal and I have not received anything from them. I totally understand that things happen and products get back ordered or etc, but this is getting to be ridiculous!! I have no intention of ever doing business with this company again, and I want to be compensated for their errors, false advertising and the horrible treatment that I have received.Desired Settlement: I would like my order to be delivered to me in a timely manner and a partial refund of my money.

I am not asking for the items I ordered for free but I am looking for compensation for their errors. I would have placed my order with a different company had I known their fast shipping advertisement was a lie. I also would have used a different company if I had known their business ethic and customer service was horrible. Not to mention if I had placed my order with another company I more than likely would have already received my merchandise.

So without delay, I would like my merchandise that I ordered and compensation for their errors refunded to my card.

Review: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Please note that the e-mail referred to by the drop zone was sent to me on 8/29/13 a total of 26 day after the order was placed; this was the FIRST time I was informed of ANY problems with the order. In addition, this e-mail was false; as it stated that I would receive the package by Tuesday (9/3/13) I did not receive the package until the following week (9/10/13). In response to the 10% discount I have already received as a promotional offer to encourage me to purchase items from this company, does not entitle them to bad service and unprofessional conduct. The free shipping was again a promotional offer that is completely irrelevant to the current issues. So according the drop zone "promotional offers" provided before they had issues with my order and before I was treated unfairly by their company, now all of a sudden are restitution for their actions!! Excuse me, but I would have had those discount or promotional offers regardless. The drop falsely advertised fast shipping, in addition ignored my numerous attempts to contact their company both by phone and by e-mail beginning on 8/12/13 and did not receive anything back until 8/29/13. I believe a 25% discount is a fair compensation, considering the order was over a MONTH late and your customer service efforts did not exist. And again I would have ordered from a different company if the "promotional" offers were not offered in the first place and had the drop zone not lied on the website by advertising fast shipment; not to mention the e-mail conformation of my order that also stated the order would ship in 3-7 days!! Review: I ordered a large order for my dance program dance team on January 16, 2014. I was sent an email stating that all items will ship within 2-3 days along with the order number...[redacted]. I also had the free ground shipping with tracking via [redacted]. Therefore, all of my items should have arrived somewhere around Monday, January 27, 2014 or Tuesday, January 28, 2014. Here it is February 1, 2014 and I have nothing to show. I never received a tracking number of any kind so I could see where my package was. My dance business is very important to me, my staff and my students. The dance team has a performance on Saturday, February 8, 2014 and the items purchased are NECESSITIES. I have emailed Drop Zone and received no response. I have called Drop Zone and no one answered. After reading the reviews, I have no faith in the possibility of receiving my order. I'm extremely nervous and stressed about the thought of these items not arriving by Wednesday, February 5, 2014. I paid $167.72 and I want all of my items purchased and received in GREAT condition with the compliments of next day shipment. They clearly took the money out of my account before shipping the items. Not comfortable with that but gave it the benefit of the doubt...but that has bitten me in the tail. I REALLY NEED MY ITEMS DELIVERED ASAP IN GOOD FAITH CONDITION.Desired Settlement: I ordered 14 items on January 16th with free ground shipping. I received notice it would ship within 2-3 days. Review: On April 20, 2014, I ordered online $102.53 worth of merchandise from drop zone army navy. To date, I have not received the merchandise. They have my money, and have not made any effort to resolve the issue and send to me what I paid for back in April. I've called twice, and sent three emails to them. The only number and email I can find is on their website. I received an email from them on May 28th acknowledging my complaints, but I have heard nothing since. Prior to filing this complaint, I left another message and sent another email requesting a refund for the purchase along with canceling my order.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of $102.53 for failure to deliver merchandise and resolving the issue in a timely manner.

Review: I had ordered a pair of pants and a shirt for my son for Christmas. The pants did not fit so I called them and left a message on how to go about returning them because there was only a PO box. They contacted me through email on 1/8-14 and told me to return them and to send them to the PO box so out went the pants post marked 1/8-14 and they were received by them on 1/10-14. I contacted them by email (responding to the email address they sent me) inquiring about my return on 1/27, 2/3 and 2/7, no response. I called them on 2/10-14, leaving another message and they sent me another email on 2/12-14 stating "Thank you for your call. Your refund will occur after we process the return. DROPZONEARMYNAVY". Review: I placed an order for a hard to find jacket on December 13th 2013. My credit card was charged immediately and I never received my jacket. I tried to reach the owner of the company ([redacted]) with both emails and phone calls to no avail. After waiting almost a month I finally got [redacted] to respond and he promised my jacket was being shipped. It didn't ship immediately, but when I did get it, it was the wrong size. I truly believe he shipped me the wrong size on purpose to "get me off his back" as the correct size for the jacket was seemingly hard to come by. I contacted him about returning the item and he asked me to ship it back for a refund. He told me to pay for the shipping myself and said that he would reimburse me for that too. I shipped the jacket immediately and tracked it's arrival to him in two days time. I didn't see my account credited ([redacted]) and contacted him again. He informed me that his website stated that he had 2-3 weeks to return my money. Well, three weeks has passed and I still haven't received a refund.

I thought I could fight this through[redacted], to get a refund, but on further investigation I see that [redacted] will only proceed if the claim is less than 45 days from original purchase. I am now far beyond that time frame.
