We have reviewed the process and charges on this repair thoroughly with the technician involved and feel strongly the proper repair was madeWe also have great documentation of the whole processThis is an older vehicle with lot's of miles and the repair was layeredOnce we goth the AC blowing
cold the other problems became apparentAt any rate we have a dissatisfied customer and that is unacceptable to usAfter a few phone conversations with *** we have a greed to make the additional repairs on his behalf in hopes of creating a win/win situation
