DRR Construction

DRR Construction still has not tried to settle this dispute. His response is overdue as per Revdex.com rules. I am still waiting to hear something. [redacted]

Response to Mrs [redacted]
Mrs [redacted] hired our company to build her a bathroom. Back in December.2013
 
Permits were pulled to start such construction. , took my crew to start working on this project.we started by removing all wainstcoating, 1st flip flop from Mrs [redacted]...

She wanted to save all of it for future projects ( it wasn't in our contract)
As we're working on this project the same day , she said to us , You're going to have to wait because my plumber that I have work for years as not responded wether he is going to do [redacted] 
[redacted]the work, we called Mrs [redacted] on several occasions
To what she kept responding "my plumber promised to come and didn't " this went on for  2-1/2 months, when the plumber finally showed up and did the work. It was done wrong 
 
The tubs floor drains we're not draining properly(we ended up fixing it)
The hot and cold water mixing valves were not done properly( she call him back to fix them )
 
3-1/2 moths have gone by .
 
I send the tile person to start working on her floor and tub walls , she's being ask about the treshold between hall and bath wether theywl be remove so the already install tile follows it trayectory ,she saids ,"no , there's going to be a door there anyway" the tile peron installed the hardie backer and floor tile  based on that , 2 days later she calls and said stop everything " I want the hall and bThroom tiles to aligned "
By this time [redacted] was already there, I had the entired floor tile removedr. Resend another tile guy to work on the bath walls , she claimed that this new tile guy was great that he listen to her and her ideas and so on , this person Sheetrock the entire bathroom textured it.and prime it. He was working on the last row of tiles and she told him she want it to go up to 8 feet height,he told her to call me ,  I told her it wasn't in our contract to go that high (6 ft was our agreement) She was with my tile person all this time when the plastic tile bullnose we're put up,a few days later she called and wanted to know what does plastic pieces were doing there, she I she knew exactly what they were , because I had told. 
Now she looking to get a refund,it's not going to happen, she claims she hired another contractor, may I remind her that she's under contract
Therefor contract termination has not been in any way agreed by both parties. Further more , I will issue a lean of property against her if she does not finalized our agreement, make no mistake about it , our company will file a difamation charge against if she persist on her  non sense,  thank you sincerely , [redacted]
