Dear [redacted] ***~ In response to the complaint of [redacted] in regards to the location: [redacted] Please see Dr Restoration contract with Mr [redacted] dated 3/3/(Attached) This contract was based on an insurance loss on 2/28/in the amount of $164, All Production was completed the beginning of June Mr [redacted] contacted us in July and November of to report leaks Both instances were caused by the adjoining neighboring roof (see attached areal photo/ Repair Request information) Mr [redacted] is correct in the fact of his 1st contact on 1/22/14, but it was Dr Restorations impression that this was not an urgent request(see attached email and quick response from Dr Restoration) Mr [redacted] 's second contact to DrRestoration was on 8/1/stating the leaking had gotten worse and wanted Rich R [redacted] to come out at this time Rich was out of town and returned into the office on 8/20/ Mr [redacted] was contacted by our office on this day to let him know that Mr R [redacted] was going to be at his location on Monday 8/25/to inspect the situation It is Dr Restoration's policy to respond to these kinds of situations as quickly as possible and we will continue to operate in that same manner Dr Restoration disagrees with Mr [redacted] 's complaint reading the purchase price of 186,000.00, contract clearly states $164, Dr Restoration disagrees with Mr [redacted] 's statement of a year warranty With much respect, Julie R [redacted] DrRestoration LLC
