Hello I have a signed contract statung which gutters were to be replaced, and we performed the work according to our contractYes, there were nails on the ground, but they were on the ground during the workWe had not cleaned up yetI personally came to the job and cleaned the nails upYes, when the materials were placed in the roof a light fixture fellBut, the light fixture was not installed oroperlyThe lb light hung from a single hook that was anchored in the drywall onlyIt should of been screwed into a supportive wood memberAdditionally, I refunded the homeowner or to repair the lightI do not know about the garage door cover, so I don't have a comment in thatYes, we were to install gutter guardsOn the day I came to install the gutter guards, the homeowner started cussing at me and accusing meAt this point I felt unsafe at his house and told him I would credit him the part of the gutter guards At at that time, I only had the gutter guards and the homeowner owed me approximately $I wrote on the contract, the final price, and a work satisfaction statementThe homeowner signed the contract stating the work was completed sastifactorialy and he paid me the remaining amount due I had had a contract, I completed the work I said I would, I credit him for damage to his light, I credited him for work that wasn't completed because he was threatening me and he signed a statement saying the job was done and complete

up. Yes, when the materials were placed in the roof a light fixture fell. But, the light fixture was not installed oroperly. The 20 lb light hung from a single hook that was anchored in the drywall only. It should of been screwed into a supportive wood member. Additionally, I refunded the homeowner 50 or 100 to repair the light. I do not know about the garage door cover, so I don't have a comment in that. Yes, we were to install gutter guards. On the day I came to install the gutter guards, the homeowner started cussing at me and accusing me.
