The Office Manager was very rude when I called to just maker her aware of a situation. Refused to let me speak to the dentist
I made an appt for 4/16/13. While making the appt I asked if I would get a teeth cleaning and was told that was part of it. When I went in as we were finishing up the dentist told me I can make an appt for a cavity fill and he will clean my teeth for me. I told him I was told differently on the phone and he apologized and said he could get me in as soon as 4/19. While checking out the staff told me they had an appt for friday set up. I told them I have to make sure I can because I had already missed 1 1/2 hours from work for a service I was told I was getting. When leaving I decided to call the office manager just to make her aware of the situation. When they transferred me she told me her staf would NEVER tell me that. She began laughing when I told her I just wanted her to know I was upset with my visit and asked "what would I like her to do about it" I told her I didnt know what she could do I just wanted her know. She was being so rude and hung up on me. I later called to confirm I could come in Friday and was told I was no longer welcome to be a patient there. This was upsetting to me because the dentist was wonderful! I asked her to speak to a dentist she told me "no, they are with patients and when they are not they are not there" I asked why was I not aloud there anymore, she told me " I would be happier somewere else" my insurance only covers office visits every 6 months so I am not sure why I was not aloud to speak to a dentist or aloud there for simply making a complaint. The lady I was dealing with on the phone was Kim Markwood.
