Do not use this doctors officeI plan on writing a poor review wherever I can to make it LOUD AND CLEAR they do NOT care about their patientsFor the last several years, I scheduled an appointment for my yearly exam to get a refill on a prescriptionEach year after my appointment is complete, I am told that the information is sent over to my pharmacist to complete the refills, and each year when I call to get a refill, they didn't send it and are unable to process a new fillIt's infuriating to be told one thing (each year) to find out anotherThis year was no different except that it will be the LAST year I put up with itThis year, it was over Labor Day weekend so I had to wait two days without my prescriptionI am never going to DrP*** offices againThe front desk staff are rude at the Pecos and Val Vista locationOn top of that, I end up waiting at least 20-minutes EVERY TIME to see a doctor, and its always a different one each yearBecause you know, we all love missing work to sit and wait in your lobby
DrCassandra K*** lied when telling me she would refill my prescription for a year and a half during my appointment so that I could avoid this problem next yearThis was confirmed when calling them back this morning, I was told they only give refills for a yearThanks Cassandra for all of your help in getting my prescription refilled- just kidding! This is unacceptable business practice and I have given them so many opportunities to better themselves but they have failedDo not use them unless you enjoy babysitting their staff to get things done, getting information from their doctors and/or enjoy not having your prescription when needed!

My experience with Goodman & Partridge has been very unprofessional in regards to scheduling of surgery procedure and the billing department. I was told that I was to pay a $100 cancellation fee for a surgery that was to take place but was cancelled due to my insurance not being approved. The $100 cancellation fee was never discussed when the appointment was made. Also a bill that I received for a September procedure has not been paid due to the fact that the office has not billed my secondary insurance company. I made several calls to give the information that is needed to bill the secondary insurance company and it has not been done.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. The business only attempted to contact me AFTER I had filed my complaint. Shar left two voice mails on my work phone. I was not sure if I was to communicate with the business since there was direction in the complaint instructions to notify the Revdex.com if the business attempts to contact me. I did not make that notification. The second message left by the business was stating that they were sending me a check. I did receive a check for my out of pocket money of $187.34. My insurance was not reimbursed for the amount they were billed. 
I am disappointed that it took nearly six months and a complaint to the Revdex.com to get this business to do the right thing. I was very patient and respectful in my correspondence with the business throughout this unfortunate situation and feel that the only reason they reimbursed me is because of my complaint to the Revdex.com.

I was in for an appointment on 9/10/2015. I saw a nurse practitioner by the name of Theresa. I had an issue with a previous practitioner about her not explaining health issues to me. She asked me the name of the practitioner I told her she was Dr. Stam and I told her she made me uncomfortable and didn't want to be seen by her anymore. When she walked out of my room I heard one of the assistance make a comment of "o no you better run Dr. Stam!" followed by giggling. It was unprofessional and the doctors shouldn't be discussing patients information like that. Especially when they give you HIPPA paperwork stating they'll protect your privacy! It was a horrible experience that made me walk out with my head down while they stared at me in silence! Very humiliating especially coming from people that your life and your babies is in their hands!

Patient originally notified us that she received a bill from [redacted] on 6/3/2015. [redacted] did bill her insurance 908.00 for a [redacted].  Her bill shows that her insurance covered $720.66.  Her responsibility to [redacted] was $187.34. trying to contact the patient on 10/7 and 10/12 but her voice mail was full.  We also left a message on 10/23/2015 on her voicemail which she never returned.  We are trying to resolve her billing issue with [redacted] and intend on making sure that this matter is resolved.
