[redacted] purchased a central heating and air system from us The item was set to be delivered by [redacted] a well known trucking company [redacted] was delayed in delivering the unit to [redacted] and would not provide either us or [redacted] with information as to why they were delaying the delivery The unit was delivered successfully within hours of [redacted] complaint [redacted] subsequently purchased additional equipment from us which was provided at a discount to compensate for his earlier trouble We believe [redacted] is a satisfied customer at this time

We provide same day shipping on all orders Customer did place an order on a Sunday afternoon and the product was boxed and put into a UPS Trailer with several hundred other orders as our warehouse is open on weekends but our Customer Service Team works weekdays Customer was informed
the item had shippedCustomer stated his reason for canceling the order was he found the item less epxensive elsewhere We offered to match the lower price Customer has been advised he can send the items back for a full refund We've been courteous and done everything we can to assist the customer No issue here
