DRS of Erie

Review: DRS was the company that packed out my belongings after my house caught fire Feb. 27, 2014. When my belongings came back to my home after it had been cleaned and repaired, I found that several items were still missing and unaccounted for and when I spoke with one of the DRS associates, he asked that I send the list to them. I did that and was told that they would reimburse me for the lost/stolen items. That was over a month ago and they will not respond to my call/text messages now. The value of the missing items is approximately $900, including my ipod touch, an air conditioner, two fans, a fog machine, a pair of sapphire and diamond earrings, and other items that I had sent to them on a list.Desired Settlement: I do not want another ipod touch since the one I owned had over 100 songs on it that I had paid for, at a cost of approximately $200 over a year of downloads. The computer I had them on during the download had crashed after the fire and they were lost forever. I do not want to have to download them again, and if I need songs I can put them on my smart phone. I want reimbursed for the items that did not return to my home. I can provide the list and the approximate value of the items.
