D.R.S. of Ohio

This is the worst bill collecting agency I have ever dealt with. They are unfriendly will call you at work and will be disrespectful and rude when you politely ask them not to call you at work. I set up an automatic payment with these people to get a letter in the mail that tells me absolutely nothing but that money is going to be taken out of my account on the day given and the amount agreed to be taken out. I specifically requested a reminder for the amount and date that the money will be taken out. Of course it is Saturday and I am not able to get ahold of anyone, but yet these people have no problem calling me on a Saturday to get ahold of me and calling everyone in my family. Horrible!
